Siyah Silisyum karbür taneciği son derece sert ve %99 SiC karborundum grittir. Aşındırıcı bir malzeme olarak aşındırıcı püskürtme, yüzey işleme, mermer, cam, yeşim vb. gibi sert malzemelerde taşlama için iyi çalışabilir. Silisyum karbür, kuvars formunda silikanın (SiO2) ham petrol kok formunda Karbon (C) ile karıştırılmasıyla oluşan elektrokimyasal reaksiyonla üretilen bir işlemdir.

Ürün özelliği

1. Yüksek sıcaklıklarda iyi oksidasyon direnci ve kimyasal kararlılık.

2.Mohs 9.2-9.3 ile yüksek sertlik. 2000℃’de bile yüksek mukavemet elde edilir.

3.Mükemmel tokluk.

4.Düşük ısı iletkenliği. Bu nedenle termal şoklara karşı dayanıklıdır.

5.Yüksek saflıkta min SiC içeriği %98,5’tir.

6.Yüksek yığın yoğunluğu.

7.Siyah silisyum karbür grit, öğütme işleminden önce su ile yıkanır, bu nedenle çok az kirlilik vardır.
